The House is SOLD!!!!!

Praise God! Our home in New Hampshire is sold.  While it was a wonderful home and served us for several years, we are so happy and blessed to be able to sell it and see God move us forward in the next chapter in our lives.  Despite the effects of the ice storm and some last minute negotiations, the closing of our home sale came together today at 230pm.  We are so appreciative of our friends who have been there for us during this process, for your time, prayers, advice, and support!!

Beissinger Update!!

NEW HAMPSHIRE ICE STORM!!!! YIKES.....

hello everyone, sorry it has been so long since our last post. We have been exceptionally busy. Things are going quite well. We have been blessed in so many ways. Our church life has been very encouraging and we are really growing comfortable with the wonderful fellowship of our new family here in Virginia. Micah and Jonah are enjoying the church as well. Just recently Micah was able to participate in the Christmas program for the children which reminded me of a scene from the movie Parenthood. It was precious......I was the typical father in the audience taking pictures and enjoying every minute. Jonah is also doing well...standing up on his own 2 feet and begining to cruise around the coffee table....He is very interested in climbing on top of Chloe our dog or pulling ornaments off the Christmas tree. Heather and I have been blessed with watching them grow and sharing the experience with our extended family. This past 1 1/2 month we have had 3 seperate weekends of visitors....with Heather's parents- Bob and Deb, Pearce's Mom- Tina and our "people" (Heather's brother Keith and wife Adriana with their children Vivi and Jared) all coming to visit. It has been a packed house and it appears that we will continue to have some visitors for the forseeable future which is very exciting. Work is going well for both of us and we are continually looking forward to that "settled" feeling that one obtains after starting a new job and being in a new community.
OTHER NEWS- After diligently trying to sell our home in New Hampshire, it appears that we are just hours away from accomplishing that task....Lord willing, our home in New Hampshire will be sold on December 15th. It has been a exciting real roller coaster watching how the Lord is accomplishing all of this, but we are very encouraged by the future and his plans....Among the many speed bumps in trying to sell the home was a massive ice storm in New Hampshire affecting over 200,000 people without electricity. I included a picture above and you can read more about the story by following the link below.

Please pray for our house to be sold and for the people who are affected by the storm to be restored to their families and homes soon. Thanks for reading. We will try and post more again soon, next time w/ more pics!!

to God be the glory,
